"Delivery was close to on time"
I chose a delivery window and they showed up just a little late, not a big deal really, and the driver called before coming which definitely helped because I knew when to be ready. Scheduling it was easy enough too, so overall I didn’t have any real issues with it.

I had a problem with my order and, to be fair, it did get resolved in the end. But it took way too many calls and follow-ups from my side to make it happen. The staff I spoke to were polite, which I appreciate, but no one really took ownership or kept me updated properly. I shouldn’t have to keep chasing for answers. I’m glad the complaint was finally sorted, but the process needs to be more accountable and much smoother for customers.

"Description was way off"
What showed up was not what I thought I was ordering based on the website. The size felt different and the material really didn’t match what was described. I reached out to customer care and felt like I was being passed around, with everyone just telling me to “check the description” like that wasn’t the whole problem. Frustrating

"Decent prices, but they make the deals confusing"
Some of the prices feel a little high to me, but if I catch a discount, it’s usually not too bad. My main issue is that they don’t make the offers clear or regular enough, so I feel like I’m always having to figure it out myself. It’s okay overall, but I wish they’d do a better job with the deals.

"Nice-looking site, but I’m not sure about the quality of the experience"
I tried shopping on panemirates.com it got frustrating quickly. The site looks decent at first, but pages were slow to load, the filters didn’t seem to work right, and I kept getting pushed back or losing the items I was viewing.
After a while, I just gave up. It made me wonder how much care is really being put into the online shopping experience if the basics are this clunky. Not the smooth or reliable experience I was expecting...

I wasn’t exactly ready when they arrived because I’d completely underestimated how long packing would take, but the delivery team was really polite and patient about it. They handled everything carefully and stayed professional the whole time. Really appreciated their help, thanks.

"Support didn’t really help"
I reached out to panemirates.com support about an issue with my order, and it felt like I was just getting the same copy-paste type reply over and over. I kept having to explain the whole situation again each time, which was annoying because you’d think they would already have the details. There wasn’t really a clear answer or any proper follow-up, so I was left not knowing what was actually happening. Maybe they were busy or something, but still... it felt like no one really wanted to take ownership of it. Frustrating overall.
"Showroom visit could’ve been better"
I stopped by the showroom hoping to get some help, but the staff didn’t really seem that interested, haha. I kind of had to figure things out on my own, so the visit wasn’t the best.

"Exchange worked out, but it felt like extra work"
I ordered from Pan Emirates and ended up needing to exchange one item because the color looked different than I expected. Raising the request wasn’t hard, but then I had to keep checking in just to find out what was going on, which felt like extra work I didn’t really want to deal with.
The pickup and replacement delivery did happen in the end, so I can’t say it was a bad experience overall. I just wish the updates had been quicker and clearer, because the whole thing could’ve been a lot smoother.

"Return was fine, but the refund felt slow"
I returned one item from Pan Emirates and the pickup went smoothly, so that part was okay. But the refund took longer than I expected, and I felt a bit pressured having to keep checking in and wait for updates. Customer support did reply, just not as quickly as I would’ve liked. Overall, it worked out in the end, but the process could’ve been faster.

"Cute styles, but a few feel a little repetitive"
I was browsing through the designs a lot of them caught my eye at first. There are definitely some nice-looking pieces in the mix. After a while though, I started feeling like a few items had that same kind of vibe, and some looked a bit older or slightly dated. Still, if you’re just looking for something simple and stylish, there are some good options.

"Delivery experience felt really unprofessional"
I ordered from Pan Emirates the whole delivery process was a mess. The date kept getting changed, and no one really gave me a clear update unless I called first. What made it worse was the way it was handled, the tone felt careless, like my order wasn’t much of a priority. It got frustrating fast, and after this experience, I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

"Confirmed my order, then went quiet"
I got the confirmation email right after ordering, so I assumed everything was moving along. Since then, though, there hasn’t been a single delivery update. Kind of feels like they were quick to confirm the order but not so quick to actually send it.

It actually feels solid overall, which is always a nice surprise these days. Not exactly a life-changing product, but the quality seems good enough and it doesn’t feel cheap.

"Nice furniture, but the timing was off"
Delivery was fine, and the furniture looks good now that it’s all set up. The assembly guy definitely seemed to know what he was doing, but it took quite a bit longer than I was told it would. I understand these things can happen, but it would’ve been nice to get a clearer estimate upfront instead of just waiting around.

I ordered online and the process itself was easy, so I didn’t expect any issues. Unfortunately, the delivery took longer than it should have, which was disappointing. The item did arrive in okay condition, but the wait definitely took away from the experience

"Item arrived damaged and getting help was a mess"
My item showed up with obvious damage, like dents, marks, and packaging that looked like it had been tossed around. I figured it would be simple to get it sorted, but it turned into a whole thing. I called multiple times, waited on hold, got told someone would get back to me, then heard nothing. It was like being passed around from person to person, with no clear answer, no real update, and no one actually taking ownership. it was frustrating, tiring, and just not the kind of experience you expect when something arrives damaged...

"Nice furniture, but the installation was disappointing"
I ordered from panemirates.com, and the delivery part was fine. It came without any major hassle, and the furniture itself looked nice when it arrived.
The weird part is, the installation felt completely different from the rest of the experience. The guys seemed like they were in a hurry, one of the cabinet doors was left slightly off, and there were still bits of packing material and dust around after they left.
I ended up having to call again to get it fixed, which was annoying. The product is good, but the installation service really needs to be handled with more care.

"Packaging felt careless"
The box showed up badly crushed, and a few of the parts were scratched when I opened it. it kind of felt like they just tossed it in there and hoped no one would notice as long as it made it to my door. Not the best experience, and I’m disappointed.

"Felt like just a ticket number"
The staff didn’t come across as professional at all. They were rude, not very helpful, and the whole experience made me feel like I was just a ticket number they wanted to get through.
